Terms & Conditions — 34bet Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into by and between 34bet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 34bet platform at 34bet.ws ("the Platform", "the Site"). The Platform is operated by 34bet as an internationally operated online betting and casino service.

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of 34bet in any capacity, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 34bet. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. English is the authoritative language of this agreement. Any translation provided for convenience purposes shall not override the English version in any legal or interpretive context.

Amendments to These Terms

34bet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, platform features, payment processing arrangements, or responsible gaming requirements. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account or via an on-site notification. The effective date of any revision will be clearly stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Interpretation

In these Terms, references to "betting" and "wagering" include all forms of sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer games, crash games, slots, virtual sports, and any other wagering products available on the Platform. References to "Bangladesh" include all eight administrative divisions: Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. The singular includes the plural and vice versa where the context so requires.

Access to the 34bet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 34bet operates as an 18+ only platform. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual (natural person) and not on behalf of any corporate entity for the purpose of operating a sub-account or reselling betting services.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 34bet or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable law in a manner that would make your use of this Platform unlawful. It is your responsibility to verify your own legal situation before using the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the Platform on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

Age Verification

34bet takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. If a player is unable to satisfactorily verify their age upon request, 34bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close their account and withhold any funds pending in that account until the matter is resolved.

Parental Controls

If you are aware of any minor who may have gained or attempted to gain access to the Platform, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately. To participate in any betting or gaming activity on 34bet, you are required to register a personal player account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 34bet Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If 34bet identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — 34bet reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any associated bets, and forfeit any bonus balances or winnings accrued across those accounts.

Accurate Information Requirement

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 34bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of protection. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 34bet immediately via live chat or email. 34bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, 34bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of the player relationship, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Currency

Player accounts on 34bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) by default for players registering from Bangladesh. All deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and bet stakes will be displayed and processed in the account's designated currency. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by 34bet's payment processing partners and are subject to change without notice.

Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount on 34bet is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction. 34bet reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with or without prior notice.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 34bet account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the sending institution. 34bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. Deposits are accepted for the purpose of genuine player participation in betting and gaming activities only. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by 34bet subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification, confirmation that no active wagering requirements remain on the account balance, and review for compliance with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures. Most withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. 34bet reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation where fraud or terms abuse is suspected.

Anti-Money Laundering

34bet operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Players may not use the Platform to launder money, process the proceeds of crime, or conduct any financial transaction that is unlawful in any jurisdiction. 34bet reserves the right to freeze account balances, refuse withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required. Deposited funds must be used for legitimate betting and gaming participation — 34bet does not permit deposit-and-withdrawal cycling without genuine gaming activity.

34bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers on 34bet are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before bonus funds or bonus-generated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the offer's specific terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus would require ৳20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unexpired wagering requirements may be forfeited upon account closure.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are intended for genuine personal use by eligible players only. 34bet reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reverse any bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the offer has been claimed in bad faith, exploited through low-risk or systematic betting patterns, or claimed by a player using a duplicate account. Players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to an active account restriction may not be eligible for promotional offers.

Voucher Codes

Promotional voucher codes issued by 34bet may be redeemed by eligible players in accordance with the terms stated on the voucher or in the accompanying promotional communication. Each voucher code may be used once per player account unless otherwise stated. Voucher codes have expiry dates and will not be honoured after the stated expiry. Promotional Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any promotional offer on 34bet — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, using hedging strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral or loyalty programmes — is a serious breach of these Terms. 34bet reserves the right to void all affected bets and bonuses, recover any associated winnings, and permanently close accounts involved in promotional abuse.

Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

34bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Seasonal promotions (including those tied to BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events) are offered at the sole discretion of 34bet and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

All betting and casino gaming activity on the 34bet Platform is governed by the rules set out in this section, together with any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the Platform.

Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 34bet are subject to acceptance by the Platform. 34bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet exceeds the stated maximum stake for that market; the bet is placed after an event has started and in-play betting is not available for that market; the odds were displayed in error due to a technical fault; or where suspicious betting activity is detected. A bet is only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation message and a bet reference number has been issued.

Sports Betting — Cricket

34bet offers comprehensive cricket betting markets covering the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), ICC T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other major competitions. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the governing body, affected bets will be settled in accordance with 34bet's cricket betting rules, which are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.

Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available for selected sports events and markets. Odds during live betting fluctuate in real time and may be suspended at any point during play. 34bet will not be held responsible for any period during which live betting is unavailable due to technical issues, data feed interruptions, or events outside of our control. Bets accepted during a temporary live odds suspension will be reviewed and may be voided if they were placed on materially inaccurate odds.

Casino Games — RNG and Live Dealer

All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games — including slots, virtual table games, crash games, and instant win games — use certified and independently tested RNG systems provided by our licensed game studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by 34bet or by any player action other than the choices made within the normal game flow. Live dealer games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi under their own operational rules. 34bet is not responsible for any technical interruptions in live dealer game streams caused by factors outside our control.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in displayed odds or game outcomes, 34bet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to player accounts. "Manifest error" includes obvious pricing mistakes, misspellings of team names or event details, and any situation where a reasonable person would recognise that an error had occurred. 34bet will not honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, even where the bet has been temporarily confirmed by the system.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 34bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account; providing false identity documents; impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit RNG patterns, or systematically abuse promotional offers.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on events that you have any direct or indirect influence over, or that you have advance knowledge of manipulated outcomes for.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, data scraping tools, or any software that gives an unfair advantage in accessing or using the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for betting activity. Chargeback fraud is treated as a serious financial crime and will be pursued accordingly.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account login credentials with any other individual, or allowing any other person to place bets on your account.
• Duplicate accounts: Registering more than one account with the intent to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Underage access: Knowingly assisting or enabling a person under the age of 18 to register an account or place bets on 34bet.

Both 34bet and you as the Player have the right to close a player account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Closure by the Player

You may close your 34bet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is completed, you will be required to withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt. If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons, please inform our support team — we will apply the closure immediately and can also discuss self-exclusion options with you before the account is closed.

Suspension or Closure by 34bet

34bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, collusion, or match-fixing activity
• Chargeback fraud or disputed transactions filed against 34bet
• Promotional abuse or systematic exploitation of bonus offers
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant accounts)
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Prior to applying a dormant account fee, 34bet will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via their registered email address. Dormant account administration fees, where applied, will not cause a negative balance on the account. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account on responsible gaming grounds — including self-exclusion — may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and result in the account being closed for a minimum period of six (6) months. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be permitted to register a new account. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 34bet's total liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 34bet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind. 34bet is not responsible for any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
